What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs across demolition, trucking, and support operations.
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and fill critical roles quickly.
• Build strong relationships with trade schools, veteran programs, and industry organizations to promote Lindamood’s employment brand.
• Screen, interview, and onboard candidates for both field and office positions.
• Manage postings, candidate tracking, and recruiting administration through our applicant tracking systems and job boards.
• Manage the intern program here.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience, or 4+ years of recruiting experience — preferably in construction or demolition.
• Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to connect at all levels.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media recruiting tools.
• A proactive, organized, and team-oriented mindset.
